Hi

We have Sql server 2000 Standard Edition with Service Pack 3a. I noticed a strange thing on the server. When i try to modify the permissions for a standard login the server will prompt to confirm the password. It is not happening for the Windows account. And even when i give the password and hit enter it says password is incorrect and the changes will not take effect. Has anyone experienced the same situation. Is there any hot fix that i need to install????
