sql server registration

Hi

I have installed SQL server desktop edition on win98 OS
& i am using ghostsvr.exe to copy the configuration to multiple pc's.
after all completing the ghost
i tried to register sql server with that m/c name
i couldn't start the service.
Error is "General Network Error,See documentation"

How can i do it.
with out reinstalling sql server again in all pc's
i am doing this since i need to setup each pc for sql tranning session in my tranning lab

pls. help me
