SQL Server reads in one page, but not the other

I'm creating an Intranet site using Active Server Pages and SQL Server 2000. For some reason, I can select information from the table, insert records, etc. from one page, but not in another. Even if I copy the code and place it into another page, it doesn't work. I've tried destroying the form and re-creating it and it still doesn't work. I've tried changing the security settings on SQL Server and it still doesn't work. I've given full access to every user (not a wise move, of course) and it still doesn't work.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
