Each time a user opens a Crystal Report in v11 linked to a SQL Server Database, the user is prompted for the SQL Server password. Is there any way to have the report automatically know the password so that the user doesn't have to enter it in whenever they open the report?

You speak of CR XI, but this is the Crystal Enterprise forum.
in CE/CRS/BOE, you need to set the database connectivity in the database connections tab.
CR XI does not save the password.
