SQL Server Installation

Hi, can anybody give me a good idea or tips about installing the SQL Server 2005.

Do I need to install it in my DC or just in the server which is just a domain member...

You're better off posting to the SQL server forum. If you can avoid it NEVER install SQL Server (or any application server for that matter) on a domain controller.
You could also check

for a lot of good info on setting up.

It really is a good idea to pick up a book on the subject most of the MS press books will walk you through everything you need to get started.
