I am new to SQL Server.
I installed SQL Server 2000 and registered a SQL Server by name. Afterward I created a database.
I made the mistake of deleting the SQL Server Group while in Enterprise Manager. I have recreated this group but do not see any databases (system, model, etc.) or management nodes.
What must I do to have these databases and nodes appear with the SQL Server group in the Enterprise Manager so that I can work with their objects?

Right click on the server in enterprise manager.
Edit registration properties.

There is a checkbox there for viewing system objects.

Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.
DTS can be used in a similar way.
Beer is not cold and it isn't fizzy.

When I right click on the server in Enterprise Manager I do not get the option to Edit Registration properties.

The pop-up menu I get looks like this:

New SQL Server Registration...
New SQL Server Group...
Rename SQL Server Group...

About SQL Server Enterprise Manager

New Window From Here
