Hi,

I need a SQL SERVER client to export some data from a SQL server (7 or 2000)

I need a software like the excellent "mysqlfront" for MySQL. I need a software that is "FREE" or OpenSource and can export to csv or excel file.

I need a client that runs on Linux or Windows, but Linux is my primary OS.

Thank you!

Frank,

The SQL Server Client Tools come with the SQL Server installation disk. These tools are the Query Analyzer and Enterprise Manager. You can load them on a machine independent to the SQL Server machine. Query Analyzer will allow you to write a query and have the results go to a file and be comma delimeted (csv).
