SQL server express is crashing again and again

I checked with the Error logs in SQL folder and found the below lines.

2018-05-04 11:44:23.87 spid11s The Service Broker protocol transport is disabled or not configured.
2018-05-04 11:44:23.87 spid11s The Database Mirroring protocol transport is disabled or not configured.
2018-05-04 11:44:23.88 spid11s Service Broker manager has started.
2018-05-04 11:44:24.41 spid52 Starting up database 'CashManagement'.

and after that if we check with SQL server express it got stopped again.
