SQL Server Event log error 9003

hello all,
I have searched everywhere I can think on the interent for Event log errors, but cannot find this one anywhere.

does anybody know why I get the following error :

event id : 9003

The Manage Exec Agent encountered an error: Registry Open Failed (Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.
)


I use seagate backup exec to backup the sql v7 database server everyday, so this error is related to that. but I can't find any info regarding this error !

the exec agent does not have registry permisions to read it. you need to give access to the registry for that user/account it is using.
