SQL Server Cross Database Integrity

I'm trying to make a centralized database, but keep referential integrity with other ddatabses. Does Anyone know how to create a foriegn keyes across databases?
 
This cannot be done in SQL Server. SQL BOL says, "FOREIGN KEY constraints can reference only tables within the same database on the same server." Terry L. Broadbent - DBA
