Does anyone know if its possible to read a SQL Server backup (.bak) directly into SAS?

Thanks

You can't even read them with out SAS, how would you import them to SAS with out restoring them on a SQL server? If you know of a tool that can read SQL .bak files let me know.

If you restore the data you can easily read them by using the ODBC or OLEDB engines (SQL pass-through).
