hi there,
I have a server running NT 4 (SP6a) and SQL Server 7 (without service pack). I am reliazed that sqlservr.exe occupied alot of memory and never release after been used. Is it a bugs of MS SQL Server 7 ? Or is it the nature of SQL Server 7 ?
I am planning to upgrade the SQL Server 7 to the Service Pack 4. But i worry that service pack will affect my current databases. Please advise how to install service pack into SQL Server 7 without affect or corrupt any databases.
Thank you in advance.
