SQL Server 2008 R2 Developer completed with failures

The following features failed during installation of SQL Server 2008 R2
Developer on a Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit laptop;

Integration Services
Management Tools - Complete
Business Intelligence Development Studio
Management Tools - Basic

Note, I created the Sql Server Service accounts with a user account, "WizTwo", that I setup that doesn't have administrator rights. Don't know if this contributed to the failed features...

Currently reviewing the Summary Log but cannot readily ascertain the cause and resolution of the failures due to being a novice at installing SQL Server.

Questions:

[ul]Do I need to uninstall SQL Server and re-install or can I resolve just the failed features without uninstalling and reinstalling?
If the failed features can be resolved without reinstalling SQL Server, What are the specific steps that I should take to resolve?[/ul]
