Curious as to what kind of issues I may have if I install 32 bit version of SQL Server 2005 on a windows server 2008 64 bit machine?

Also, during the sql server install, I would like to change the default data location, can I do this or do I just specify another location when installing my databases, I would like to have the data on my largest partition versus my OS partition.
Thanks in advance

I can answer the second part, you can change the default location at the Database Engine Configuration form Data Directories tab.

As to 32 bit on 64 bit I can not help you.

Good Luck
