I am having a issue with installing Service Pack 2 on a SQL 2005. I ran the update and even rebooted the machine, but when I run the command SELECT @@VERSION this is what is returned:

Microsoft SQL Server 2005 - 9.00.3042.00 (Intel X86) Feb 9 2007 22:47:07 Copyright (c) 1988-2005 Microsoft Corporation Enterprise Edition on Windows NT 5.2 (Build 3790: Service Pack 1)

I ran the service Pack 2 update on my test server and was able to get it to return this:

Microsoft SQL Server 2005 - 9.00.3042.00 (Intel X86) Feb 9 2007 22:47:07 Copyright (c) 1988-2005 Microsoft Corporation Enterprise Edition on Windows NT 5.2 (Build 3790: Service Pack 2)

Is there another step I am missing?

Please any help would be great.

Build 3042 is SQL SP2. The Service Pack 1 listed below is the OS Service Pack.
