SQl Server 2005 Public/Private Profiles

I'm trying to find the GUI emthod of setting a Mail Profile to Public or Private.

I expected a tick box somewhere to say wether or not the profile is public/private and a list option somewhere for attaching users to a private profile.

I mus be missing something obvious.
