SQL Server 2005 - Full-Text Error Messge

Just moved a DB from SQL Server 2000 to 2005 and the Full-Text is giving me an error. I am thinking it has to do with the catalogs not point to the file locations on disc but I am still unsure.

The error reads:

Property PopulationStatus is not available for FullTextCatalog '[Activities_FTC]'. This property may not exist for this object, or may not be retrievable due to insufficient access rights.
