Sql Server 2000 (MSDE) User connection

I installed a SQL Server 2000 (MSDE Edition) in Windows XP Home Edition.

How can I access a MSDE Edition from other station without using a GUEST user ?

I create other user and I grant the privilegies to them, but the problem occurs when a trying connection with this new user. So How can I resolve this problem ?


ODBC
When I use a ODBC (DSN) with NT Autentication Option. The operation is OK. When I used SQL Autentication the error below occurs.
The Error Message is:

Sql Server 18452
[Microsoft][Odbc Sql Server Driver][SQL Server]Login failed for user 'Eventos'. Reason: Not associated with a truster SQL Server connection
