SQL server 2000 Monitor

I want to buy a good SQL server Monitor,

That could take care of
Processors
I/O
RAM
Disk SPACE
Transaction LOG
Locking / Blocking
than can send Pager messages

And can build historical data for reporting

Any suggestion is wellcome
