Hi, I just installed SQL Server 2000, the Truncate log on checkpont and Select into/Bulk copy options are missing from the database options screen. What happened to them?
Thanks.

Hi

The SIMPLE RECOVERY model in SQL 2000 is the same as truncate log on checkpoint in SQL 7.

I'm not to sure about BCP although 2000 makes use of the bcp utility from the command promt and now uses odbc bulk copy api intead of the db-library.

Maybe someone else can shed some light on bcp .

John
