SQL Sample databases

When we used SQL 2000, we used the Northwind and Pubs databases to experiment around with various things. We have noticed that those databases are not present on SQL 2005. Could we do some sort of backup/restore to put them on 2005, or is there some reason we should just leave everything alone?
