SQL Run time error

Hi am Ismail i am working as an I.T Manager for company, we contrated some programmers to design application for the company's daily activities shortly after they left we encouter some problem with one of the modules, when trying to browse for records this error message come (Run-time error '-2147219500 (800407d4)': no sql query specified)

I know little about programming and i have all the necessary authentication to change anything in the database can you please help?

At the risk of being too obvious I'm guessing the string built to pass the SQL command is empty. Put a break point right above the call in IDE and hover your cursor over the variable containing the SQL statement(s). Or open the immediate window and key the variable name with a question mark in front of it and hit enter. For example ?strSQL.

I'm betting it's empty...
