There are four fields that are input – Category, Area, Date and advert text. These need to be output to a text file so that the first category shows with the first date and all of the relevant text for that date, then the next date and all of the relevant text for that date etc. etc. without repeating the category/date for each advert. Then the next category will show and the process will repeat itself (see below).

Etc.etc.

Any help would be appreciated.
 
Probably the easiest way to do this would be via a report printed to a text file. You have group level control on a report that would allow this to be formatted as you want quite easily.
