SQL-problem: First Monday of the Month

hi,
I want to save events, which appear for example on every first and third monday of a month, in a database. My goal is to calculate the dates of these events. The Problem is, that I don't know how to save the parameters in a table.
There are also events, that appear weekly or every second week.
Thanks in advance for the answer.
