SQL Page Server Error

I'm using CR 8.5 and CE 8 .The reports are accessed thru an Intranet site .

My issue is when accessing one certain report I often get the message "Cannot Open SQL server.[on Page Server ...]"

In the NT 2000 server I get a message stating

Any leads to solve this issue would be appreciated

Does "OFTEN" mean that it works sometimes, but not other times???

It sounds like the datetime is improperly formatted, but it's hard to say.

Does the report run correctly within CR?

Page Server errors are common with CE8, and this may just be the usual bit of having to restart the server to get it to work.

You might try posting CE questions in the Crystal Enterprise forum.
