if i want to store the information the user submit from the webpage to MS Access, i can use SQL to do it without using ASP or any other?

if that, which one is very easy to learn and can learned in a short period?

thanks :)

No you cannot use SQL to perform such a task under the conditions that you have stated.

You might want to check some of the other forums and ask 'what the minimum requirements would be' to store the contents of HTML form submissions in an Access Database.

...then actually, you could ask me.
But, is that your question, what the minimum requirements are?(-:
