SQL Memo field in URL 1

When I feed crystal reports a query in a URL this error occurs:

&quot;Error in file : Operation not yet implemented [on Page Server: <servername>]&quot;

The URL i use is:

http://10.1.110.51/monitor/reports/...t}+like+'*'+AND+{pom.Active}+=+true&init=java

The field pom.Output is a memo type.

Any help is good.
