SQL Mail Problem

Hi,
we are currently experiencing some random problems with our SQL Mail procedure. Every day two forms from our website are submitting forms at regular intervals. The forms have validation on them, so cannot be submitted without certain fields being filled in. Although the emails received have no values in them.

I am thinking along the lines of SQL injection at present although I'm thinking of that as a worst case scenario.

Does anyone have any other suggestions of what it could be or how to test for problems, sql-injection or any other security breaches, stuck mails etc.
