Hello. I setup Outlook 2000 on my server and created a Profile to my Pop3 account which looks like it installed correctly. I then tried from SQL Mail to link to that profile and I always get the dreaded 18035 error failed mail error. I also installed SP1 for SQL 2000 from the setup.bat file unless I missed something. Why can't I get this thing to work? Thanks all.

SQL Mail 18035 Error

SQL Mail and SQL server have to be running under a Domain Account, MAPI has to be set up on the server with the profile that SQL server is witch imply it has to be the same Domain account. for more you can read on BOL "Setting up Windows Services Accounts" and "SQL Server and Mail Integration" AL Almeida
