SQL*Loader was unable to find oran8.dll

I am trying to use SQL*Loader and getting the following error either with a shell script, or windows DOS. The TOAD was unable to finish the job either. I changed the SQL*Loader file, reinstalling the Oracle Database Utilities.....no fix. Is there any patch to fix this problem or if I can reinstall a particular file in the Oracle CD.

My colleage was able to use the SQL*Loader on his machine and I was able to load the same data on my Laptop. See the error bellow


"THIS APPLICATION HAS FAILED TO START BECAUSE ORAN8.DLL WAS NOT FOUND. REINSTALLING THE APPLICATION MAY FIX THIS PROBLEM".

I suppose tha your PATH envioronment variable doesn't contain %ORACLE_HOME%\BIN or %ORACLE_HOME% is defined incorrectly.
