SQL Load balancing appliances

Has anyone used a SQL server load balancing appliance or server software? I would love to get some recommendations.

In my searching, I have only found a couple.

In the past I had put two SQL Servers behind a Windows LBS load ballancer. Any standard load ballancer can load ballance SQL Server connections.
