apibd has idglacct in formatted style. So the account looks like 123456-78.

How to create a join on these two tables in crystal report and sql ?

Many thanks for the help

On the check print option during allocation to multiple invoices the system prints a new sheet for each invoice. For eg. if I am paying customer A, two invoices, and print a check, I get two sheets of printout each for one invoice.
Is there a way to print both as one paper ?

That is already unchecked as the default. The page printing still occurs. Any other thing I have missed ?

Couldn't tell you without seeing the report. You're using a subreport, aren't you?

The normal apcheck report without any modification on Accpac gives the same result. If a payment to a vendor has two invoices with one cheque, it prints two sheets

Set your number of advice lines in Bank Services, Banks to the actual number that will fit on a page. If this is set to 1 (the default) then you will get one check per detail line.

Check Bank Services/Number of Advice lines. I'll bet you it's set to 1. Make it 17.

Thank you very much for the help. I have now created my *first* crystal report !!
