sql.ini exceptiion and JDBC

Hi All ,

I`ve succesfully created an application, which uses JDBC connection and Centura ver 7.5.1. But when I changed sql.ini to polish/japanese ;)(yes , these both character sets were shipped with SQLBase package in one sql.ini ) , I get an exception : 'connection failed ,check your sql.ini'.
What could couse a problem ?

I`m sorry , ofcourse character sets are in country.sql
