SQL.ini doesn't retain information

Hi guys,

I'm trying to modify the hostname in SQL.INI for remote client connection.
everytime I changed the hostname and I saved it, then I restart the application. the hostname back to the old hostname.
I was just wondering what mysterious happened.

Can you guys shed some light what to do?
the Client application i used is DBISQL 9.0.2
the path SQL.INI=C:\Program Files\Sybase DBISQL 9.0.2\Shared\ini
