SQL Express BackUp/Restore

Hi All,

I have SQL Server Express Edition installed on my computer with Windows XP 64-bit. But I just bought Windows Server and want to clear everything off and start fresh with windows server. Since SQL Express doesn't have import export, how can backup and restore my DB as its pretty important.

Express have Backup and restore.
Just Backup your DB and then Restore it on your new server.
