SQL Expert error: library "P2LODBC.DLL" not found

Hi all...Thanks in advance for any help you can offer...

I am new to Crystal Reports (in fact I am doing this for a manager)...We are running Crystal Reports 8 on a Windows Terminal Server machine...When the user opens the Crystal SQL Designer and selects the SQL/ODBC database (that works fine...says its connected) then goes to the "SQL" tab the error appears...Says its a configuration error and that it cannot find "P2LODBC.DLL"...This file is on the machine under C:\WINNT\Crystal...

Any ideas?
