Everytime an SQL statement runs on a table, did SQL log it somewhere ? If yes, how can I view the log ?

every insert, update and delete is written to the transaction log. This log is not normally viewable. You need a third party tool to view this log such as Lumigent Log Explorer.

Select statements are not logged in the database.

When end result are you looking for?
