SQL Error with Ms CRM 4

I am trying to set up CRM 4 on our SBS 2003 server with SQL Server 2005 with SP2, and I cannot get past this error:

Setup failed to validate specified Reporting Services Report Server Error: The server committed a protocol violation. Section=ResponseStatusLine
The server committed a protocol violation. Section=ResponseStatusLine

I cannot find anything online to help, has anyone seen this before?
