Hi everybody, a little question for the cisco specialists:

at the beginning I had a CCM release 3.3(2) SpC running on a MCS 7822, I upgraded the system to the release 3.3(5). For this upgrade, I install some hotfixs and updates and the Service Pack 4 for SQL 2000. But when I try to install the release 4.1(2), I have first to modify the register for the hardware components and after I've got a message which says that I must apply the Service Pack 3 for SQL 2000 before proceeding with the installation but I have already install the Service Pack 4 so I don't understand the problem and I don't know how to resolve it so if somebody has an idea it will be great*

Thanks
Jul

When you started to install SQL SP4, there was a warning screen that popped up telling you that you should not apply SQL SP4 if you are planning on upgrading CCM 3.3 or CCM 4.0 to CCM 4.1. Unfortunately you did go ahead and install it and I have no clue as to how you can back SP4 out and go back to SP3.

Yeah that's right but the first message which says that we've to install the SQL Service Pack says that you can install the SP3 or later so normaly there is no problem. First I install the SP3 but when I try to upgrade the 3.3(2) to the 3.3(5) it doesn't work becaus I've always the message but after the installation of the SP4 it works. I've read on a cisco paper that you've to install the SP4 after the upgrade to the 3.3(5) and after you can install the 4.1(2) but it doesn't work, I've got a message which says that I must apply the SQL 2000 SP3. So if you know what I've to do whith a 3.3(5) and SQL 2000 SP4 to upgrade to a 4.1(2) it will be great because I've no idea....
