SQL error when trying to upload data

We use SQL 2000 for our website and recently moved to a new SQL 2000 server and imported the data etc. We use a web interface that allows our customer relations person to upload data such as text and images to the site and it puts it in the database for him. Now that its been moved he is getting this error and cant upload anything. I think its a simple fix but I dont know much about SQL. Here is the error.

The table definition for PUDWEB.dbo.Media may be different from the source table. Perhaps MediaID was an Identity column in the original, and is not in the new table?

How would I go about checking that? I dont do anything with SQL normally.
