SQL error running in Microsoft SQL 2008 R2

Dear all friend,

Any idea why I receiving this error?
8700sql Cache Read failed (8000ffff)

The message above received when running command in cygwind. This is not happen before while it is running in SQL 2005 environment.
Is it the problem of SQL version?

What command are you running when you see this? Are you tailing a log?
