SQL Error Message

I am trying to import several .txt files into SQL Server. I have successfully imported one of the files into Access, with no import errors, but when I try to import the same .txt file into SQL Server, I get the following error message. Can someone explain what this error means?

What does this have to do with a Hard Drive problem.
