SQL Designer and Crystal Dictionaries

I was using Crystal Dictionaries and SQL Designer in v8.5 at a previous job. Now I'm at a place that uses v10 and I can't find either of those features. Did they actually remove those options from the newer version? Seems kind of odd that they would take away features in a later version. Usually things get added not taken away.

Crystal Dictionary files were created by a legacy program in Crystal Reports. While the program is no longer supported, you can still use the resulting DC5 files as report data sources, so in effect the dictionaries have gone.

The SQL designer is no longer in crystal, but you can still create SQL expressions in the field explorer.

When we were upgraded, we got the following:

In Crystal 8.5 it is possible to write 'SQL Queries' as the source of your report data using the separate Crystal SQL Designer software.
This functionality has now been replaced in Crystal 10 by 'SQL commands' which can be entered directly into the Crystal Report. Any reports that currently exist which use 'SQL Queries' created via the old method will require converting to the new.

Specifically, within DataBase Expert, choose the database. Choose 'Add Command'. Open the worksheet. Paste the code.

You'll find that you can now use parameters (I'm not sure if Crystal 8.5 allowed this: definitley it is now there as an obvious option.)
