SQL delete from Access seems to execute but has no effect (no errors)

I wrote a very simple SQL delete string. It executes with no errors, but doesn't seem to delete the listing. The code can be copied to another website and it works fine so I don't think that it is the code. Is there something that I'm missing?

We are running NT 4.0 SP 6.1a
