SQL data store is deleted, what now?

Don't ask me why, but in the network the SQL-server is deleted, but they have forgotten it was the Citrix Data Store. Good thing it was still in test.
Now i wanted to change the data store from a SQL server to an Access database. How can i do that?
The SQL-server is already gone.....

Can find a lot about the other way around... but i want from SQL back to a MS Access, Data store

Any idea's?

You cannot go from SQL to Access. I think you will find that a re-install is your only option.
