Is there a way to use some sort of Cluster SQL server on Sage. I am new to SQL but the senario is as follows:
We have three offices in three different parts of the world. Two of these countries (Romania & India) do not have good internet speed.
I was thinking of keeping an sql server in all three countries and let the sql servers replicate themselves. That way the user does not notice a slow performance.

Is this something feasible. It not can anybody please recommend what solution might work ?

I presume this is for Accpac databases. Use SQL server in one site and let the remote users (Romania & India) login via Terminal Server to run Accpac.
You can replicate the SQL databases, but that is mostly done if you want to maintain an offsite copy of the db, say for disaster recovery, not for users to run Accpac at another location.
You also need to look at the Accpac licensing, you need to purchase licenses for each site where Accpac is installed.

As a general rule, replication needs very good internet speed, much higher than terminal services.
