SQL behind ISA

hi everybody;
I recently installed ISA in my network but after that we can not connect to our hosting sql server throught Query Analyzer with this erroe: sql server doea not exist or access is denied.
it works without ISA, any idea?

My personal opinion would be to remove isa and never use it again. Past experience with ISA has shown me that it can be cumbersome to configure and rarely is a benefit. As for your particular problem check to make sure that ISA is routing the connection correctly, and that the proper ports are enabled.
