This is an addition to the previous closed thread.
09268 GCI CCN Cannot Connect.
I found out that if you have Error Code 9268, which meant you did not connect the Database at all.
1. Check if you can ping IP
2. Check if you can ping Server name
3. If you can connect it on the Server computer which hosts your SQL server.
If all of the above is YES. Check your firewall setting, local security group setting. After I allowed the server to be accessed from network computers, The Error Code disappeared and the database was connected immediately.
Good luck in case someone has the same problem.
