SQL Backup Agent for ARCserve6.61

Hi, I have installed ARCserve 6.61 with SP2 and MS SQL Backup Agent with SP2. Until recently the dbasql70 log indicated the DBCC successful... and indicated the number of pages, striping, etc for each database being backed up. Now the dbasql70 log only indicates the DBCC successful... and the Agent connect-disconnect and nothing more. What could be causing this? Thanks.
