My problem was:
E8602 Failed to read from database. (DBNAME=pubs, EC=Backup Agent Error - (127) "Error at Virtual Device Set. Please
check the SQL Server VDI.LOG".)

Solution:

Delete the Dbasql70.trc (i really don't know if is important)

Start the Backup agent RPC server with Domain Admin logon.

Created single job foe the backup.

Hope this useful.

So you are aware. The dbasql.trc file is a debug log created when the
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ ComputerAssociates \ ARCserveIT \ DSAgent \ CurrentVersion \ agent \ dbasql70 \ debug value is set to something other than 0. The path may be a little different depending on what version of product you are running. If not trying to generate a log, make sure the value is set to 0 since the debug logs get fairly large pretty quick.
